These are sooooo yummy! If you've never had a pizookie (pizza-cookie) before you've got to try this! I had my first one a couple years ago at Firehouse and I've been addicted ever since. My sister only just found the recipe a few weeks ago. It has been our Sunday treat.Basically, its a huge cookie that has been cooked in a pizza pan (...we just use a pie tin). It is served hot and slightly undercooked. You just add vanilla ice cream and whatever toppings you prefer (I like caramel and chocolate!) Trust me, they're to die for!
