Andy was beyond excited to make me a meal that he ate in Slovakia all the time! It is called Halooshki. That is NOT the right spelling...but at least now you can say it right. Anyway, the noodles are made with an egg, potatoes, and flour. The rest of the ingredients included sour cream, goat cheese (yuck, right?) and bacon.
Lets just say it was a lot better than I thought it would be.
Although, if I went to Slovakia, I just might starve.
